Youth Rowing
Our team is hot off a top 10 result at the 2025 Youth Nationals in Sarasota, Florida!
More importantly 100% of our high school seniors graduate each year and former rowers are now currently studying at universities such as Duke, Harvard Stanford, Princeton, UNC Chapel Hill, and NC State to name just some.
Rowing with Triad United Rowing is a transformative experience for the student athlete. Students learn life skills through teamwork, competition, skill development and fitness building.
Winter Rowing takes place indoors on rowing machines (ergs) at our studio at:
111 Wade Street, Jamestown.
If registering for the 2026 Spring Season, please know it is an expectation that parents volunteer to help out at our home regatta on Saturday, April 18 at Oak Hollow Festival Park.

Oak Hollow Lake
Welcome to High Point rowing location, the community rowing program at beautiful Oak Hollow Lake. Our program caters to middle school and high school students from ANY Triad area school as well as adults of all ages.
Jamestown Erg Room
Welcome to our Jamestown Erg Room facility. This is where we train during the colder winter months and on days the weather precludes us from rowing on the lake.
