Rowing Programs for Everyone
Whether your goal is to train and compete at the highest levels of the sport or if you are looking to take your first strokes, we have a program for you.
Middle School
The Triad United Rowing Association provides access to rowing to youth beginning at 11 years of age (Grades 6-8). Start early in the fastest growing sport in the Triad area!
High School
Triad United Rowing is first and foremost a scholastic rowing program consisting primarily of students from the Triad area in North Carolina. All students in Grades 9 – 12 are eligible to row.
Adults
No prior rowing experience is necessary.
Triad United Rowing is home of the high energy, low impact, full-body workout for everyone.
Locations
We are a community rowing program situated within our three great cities of High Point, Greensboro and Winston Salem. We race each other locally and then come together as one to race nationally and internationally.
Oak Hollow Lake
Welcome to our High Point rowing location, the community rowing program at beautiful Oak Hollow Lake. Located at 3700 Waterview Road in High Point, our program caters to middle school and high school students from ANY Triad area school as well as adults of all ages.
Lake Brandt
Welcome to our Greensboro location, the community rowing program at beautiful Lake Brandt. Located at 5945 Lake Brandt Rd, Greensboro, our program caters to middle school and high school students from ANY Triad area school as well as adults of all ages.
