Give it a Row! Registration is OPEN for Middle School and High School Rowing in Hig Point

Join the fun and action of rowing and boat racing on Oak Hollow Lake this Spring with the Triad United youth program in High Point.

We host a clinic for middle school rowers as well as a competitive program for high school students. Rowing starts at age 12 for any student from High Point/Winston Salem area schools. You can attend any school, public or private, and still row for High Point.

Our team, which is part of the Triad United Rowing Association, is hot off a top ten result at the 2025 Youth Nationals in Sarasota, Florida. More importantly 100% of our Class of 2025 high school seniors graduated. Recent grads are now studying at universities such as MIT, Harvard, Duke, UNC Chapel Hill, and NC State to name just some.
