14 Years of Pulling Together: Triad United Celebrates Anniversary Row & Potluck

Fourteen years of sunrise practices, steady rhythms, and building a community on the water—Triad United Rowing Association officially marked its 14th anniversary today!

To celebrate over a decade of dedication, members, alumni, family, and friends gathered at Oak Hollow Lake for a special Anniversary Row followed by a traditional shore-side potluck. Boats of all ages and skill levels launched onto the smooth water, honoring the spirit of teamwork that has defined the club since day one.

From competitive junior and master rowers to newcomers taking their first strokes, Triad United has grown into a vibrant rowing hub for the region. The anniversary row was a wonderful reminder of what makes the club unique: passion, perseverance, and a deep appreciation for the local waters.

After drying off the oars, the team shared stories, favorite memories, and plenty of great food under the morning sun. Here's to 14 incredible years, every single row in between, and many more miles ahead on Oak Hollow Lake!
