Middle School Rowing
Rowing starts at age 11 (Grades 6-8) for any student from the Triad area schools. You can attend any school, public or private, and still row for Triad United Rowing.
Rowing with Triad United Rowing is a transformative experience for the student athlete. Students learn life skills through teamwork, competition, skill development and fitness building. Our rowers have continued rowing at Division I programs such as Syracuse, Clemson, and Chapel Hill and have even represented the US in international competition.

Oak Hollow Lake
Welcome to our High Point rowing location, the community rowing program at beautiful Oak Hollow Lake. Our program caters to middle school and high school students from ANY Triad area school as well as adults of all ages.
Lake Brandt
Welcome to our Greensboro rowing location, the community rowing program at beautiful Lake Brandt. Our program caters to middle school and high school students from ANY Triad area school as well as adults of all ages.
