Winter - Adult Indoor Rowing

Winter Indoor Rowing: this membership is for adults. This fee covers equipment use, coaching services, administrative costs (insurance, etc). The Winter season is January 4 - March 5.

Winter training takes place in the team’s indoor ‘erg’ room at 124C Wade Street, Jamestown, NC until temperatures warm and the squad returns to rowing at Oak Hollow Lake in February. 

When: Training times are from 6pm to 7:30pm Monday & Thursday and at 7:30am -9:00am on Saturday mornings.
