Winter - "Full Season" Adult Indoor Rowing

Winter "Full Season" Indoor Rowing: this membership is for adults. This fee covers equipment use, coaching services, administrative costs (insurance, etc). The Winter season is January 3 - March 26.

Winter training takes place in the team’s indoor ‘erg’ room at 111 Wade Street, Jamestown, NC until temperatures warm and the squad returns to rowing at Oak Hollow Lake in February. 

When: Pick 3 of the following 5 training times:

Monday & Wednesday: 6:10–7:40 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00–10:30 AM
Saturday: 7:30–9:00 AM
